Data for this research was collected through a structured survey from 381 employees working in universities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. A convenience sampling technique was used, targeting faculty members, department heads, and deans from both public and private sector universities. The survey included standardized scales for measuring despotic leadership, workload, distributive justice, and workplace incivility. The data was analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software, applying statistical techniques such as reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), regression, and mediation/moderation tests.
