Solanum tuberosum Raw sequence reads

Potato (Solanum tuberosum L. cultivar. Solara) seedlings propagated in tissue culture on MS-medium containing 2 percent (w/v) sucrose were transferred to 2.5-liter pots filled with perlite and were further cultivated in a greenhouse. Fertilization was done with a modified Hoagland solution. Potato plants grown under severe P-deficiency, medium P-deficiency, or sufficient P-availability were harvested at different develop-mental stages, including vegetative (1,2 and 3-week-old plants), tuberization initiation (6-week-old plants), and tuber-filling (11-week-old plants). Root, leaf, and tuber tissues were harvested at different developmental stages for RNA-seq.
