Tumor-colonizing Pseudoalteromonas elyakovii metabolically reprograms the tumor microenvironment and promotes breast ductal carcinoma

This study included tumor samples and adjacent normal tissues obtained from 11 breast cancer patients diagnosed with ductal carcinoma in situ through either biopsy or rapid intraoperative frozen pathology. Additionally, samples were collected from 80 patients diagnosed with infiltrating ductal carcinoma using the same diagnostic methods.
