采集北京地区天猫平台花雕酒客户消费行为数据,通过对历史下单客户画像建立,对客户进行标签制定,定位客户消费级别,不仅可以为不同区域产品周转仓的设立提供数据支持,还为同行业企业不同价值类型的客户个性化服务提供数据支持。1、采集北京地区天猫平台客户购买花雕酒的数量、产品规格等数据。2、数据加工:当年总消费数量为当年的各个客户购买花雕酒的数量之和,客户消费占比(%)=消费数量/总消费数量*100%。3、客户消费能力运用ABCDEF分级法,对客户消费占比≥3%的,给予A类客户分级;客户消费占比≥2%不足3%的,给予B类客户分级;客户消费占比≥1%不足2%区间的,给予C类客户分级;客户消费占比≥0.5%不足1%区间的,给予D类客户分级;客户消费占比≥0.1%不足0.5%区间的,给予E类客户分级;客户消费占比<0.1%的,给予F类客户分级。
This dataset collects customer consumption behavior data of Hua Diao Wine on the Tmall platform in Beijing. By establishing portraits of historical ordering customers and formulating customer labels to position their consumption levels, it can provide data support for the establishment of regional product turnover warehouses, as well as personalized services for customers of different value types in peer enterprises.
1. Data collection: Collect data such as the purchase quantity and product specifications of Hua Diao Wine by customers on the Tmall platform in Beijing.
2. Data processing: The total annual consumption quantity is the sum of the purchase quantities of Hua Diao Wine by each customer in the current year. The customer consumption share (%) = (consumption quantity / total annual consumption quantity) * 100%.
3. Customer consumption capability classification: The ABCDEF classification method is adopted. Customers with a consumption share ≥3% are classified as Type A; those with a consumption share ≥2% but <3% are classified as Type B; those with a consumption share ≥1% but <2% are classified as Type C; those with a consumption share ≥0.5% but <1% are classified as Type D; those with a consumption share ≥0.1% but <0.5% are classified as Type E; those with a consumption share <0.1% are classified as Type F.
