生产过程关键工艺参数感知数据

本数据集为生产过程关键工艺参数感知数据，主要采用实地调研、统计的方式进行采集。通过实地调研，重点在河北智优捷新材料科技有限公司软包生产车间进行数据采集，主要分析软包装生产线缺陷产品、采集凹印机运行状态振动信号数据和机器应变数据以及车间温度湿度数据形成关键工艺参数感知数据集。数据集大小约为4.2GB。

This dataset comprises perception data of key process parameters in production, which was primarily collected through field investigations and statistics. Specifically, data acquisition was carried out at the flexible packaging production workshop of Hebei Zhiyoujie New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. During the field survey, defective products from the flexible packaging production line were analyzed, and vibration signal data of the gravure printing press's operating status, machine strain data, as well as temperature and humidity data within the workshop were collected to establish this key process parameter perception dataset. The total size of this dataset is approximately 4.2 GB.
