Dams mark multi-year drought vulnerability rather than buffer it in Chile's megadrought

Data and code archive for the manuscript. Contains the analysis pipeline (R/targets), the reusable R functions and study-parameter configuration, the study's primary reservoir storage and capacity dataset, reservoir polygons, and every derived result table and figure produced by the pipeline. Large third-party raster inputs (CHIRPS/CHIRTS, MODIS, MapBiomas, CR2 streamflow, ERA5-Land, SRTM) are public and documented in config/data_sources.yml rather than redistributed; reproducing pipeline targets that depend on them requires downloading those inputs separately.
