ATV-TfR and ATV-CD98hc biodistribution in the mouse brain

We evaluated the distributions of transferrin receptor (TfR)- and CD98 heavy chain (CD98hc)-targeting antibody transport vehicles (ATVs) in mouse brain using systemically injected fluorescently tagged ATVs. Combining FACS sorting with scRNA-seq, we report the localization of ATV-TfR and ATV-CD98hc on brain endothelial cells and their unique distribution across parenchymal brain cells. This study includes 12-week old mice from three different genotypes: C57BL/6J, TfR mu/hu KI, and CD98hcmu/hu KI (on a C57Bl6J background). For each genotype, two male and two female animals included.
