Nitrogen-shaped microbiotas with nutrient competition accelerates early-stage residue decomposition in agricultural soils

In this study, we found that N-enriched, fast-growing non-decomposer S. sciuri restricts the growth of weak decomposers through sugar depletion, resulting in the restructuring of a community dominated by strong decomposers, which facilitates residue decomposition under N fertilization.This is the raw reads of transcriptomics.
