MDEE public input dataset

Restricted-access de-identified, analysis-ready input dataset required to reproduce Figures 2-7 and Supplemental Figures 1-6 from the MDEE manuscript using the companion public analysis code. The dataset contains participant-level analysis inputs from a small rare-disease cohort and is therefore provided under restricted access to reduce participant re-identification risk. Access may be granted to qualified researchers for non-identifying scholarly use, manuscript review, and figure/analysis reproduction.
