This dataset collects and conducts statistics on overdue maintenance data of different elevator maintenance units in Guiyang City, aiming to analyze the work quality of each maintenance unit, assist them in optimizing safety management and staff allocation, enable local regulatory authorities to interview and strengthen supervision over maintenance units rated as "warning" based on the analysis results, increase their daily maintenance frequency and scope, thereby reducing elevator safety hazards, and provide data support for relevant personnel responsible for formulating cooperation plans.

1. Data Collection: Collect overdue maintenance-related data of different elevator maintenance units in Guiyang City via elevator IoT devices and alarm receiving platforms.
2. Data Processing: Clean, analyze and organize the collected raw data to extract required data fields: maintenance unit, statistical time, region, maintenance type, number of overdue maintenance elevators, and number of involved residential communities.
3. Data Calculation:
- Proportion of overdue maintenance elevators of a unit = (Total number of overdue maintenance elevators of the unit in the whole year) / (Total number of overdue maintenance elevators in Guiyang City in the whole year)
- Proportion of involved residential communities of a unit = (Total number of residential communities involved in overdue maintenance of the unit in the whole year) / (Total number of residential communities involved in overdue maintenance in Guiyang City in the whole year)
Sample data demonstrates the situation of one maintenance unit. The dataset includes data of multiple maintenance units, with the unit name represented in the format of (unit name) in the data fields.
4. Early Warning Evaluation: Adopt the IF function to perform graded evaluation on the algorithm results:
- For the proportion of overdue maintenance elevators: IF 0 ≤ ratio ≤ 0.1, rating A is marked as "+", IF ratio > 0.1, rating A is marked as "-".
- For the proportion of involved residential communities: IF 0 ≤ ratio ≤ 0.1, rating B is marked as "+", IF ratio > 0.1, rating B is marked as "-".
- When both rating A and rating B are "+", the overall evaluation of the unit is "qualified"; otherwise, the overall evaluation is "warning". For maintenance units rated as "warning", the regulatory authorities will interview them, strengthen supervision, increase daily maintenance frequency and scope, so as to reduce elevator safety hazards.
