Metabolomics MTT

This data repository contains metabolomics profiles collected from a cohort of children with autism before and after microbiota transfer therapy (MTT). The dataset enables evaluation of treatment-associated metabolic changes across multiple biospecimen types and time points. It also supports direct comparison between results generated using the original metabolite library and an updated, expanded library, allowing assessment of differences in metabolite identification, coverage, and biological interpretation across analytical versions.
