Minimal dataset underlying the measurement properties of the CAFE System, Version 2, for physical activity and sedentary behavior surveillance in adolescents

This dataset contains the de-identified minimal data underlying the findings reported in the manuscript “Standardizing physical activity and sedentary behavior surveillance in adolescents: measurement properties of the CAFE System, Version 2.” It includes four analytical datasets: the epidemiological sample (n = 3,005), test–retest sample (n = 500), CAFE–GPAQ comparison sample (n = 1,487), and CAFE–ActiGraph comparison sample (n = 122), together with a README and data dictionary. Direct identifiers have been removed and original study identifiers have been replaced with independent codes. The dataset supports reproducibility of the principal epidemiological and measurement-property analyses reported in the manuscript.
