We employed RNA sequencing-based clustering analysis to better understand the relationship of this unique entity to its closest histopathologic and immunophenotypic counterparts, including ASPS, conventional PEComa, and Xp11 translocation RCC Gene expression profiling analysis in 4 tumor types.
