The dataset deposited here provides single-nuclear level transcriptome (RNA-seq) and epigenome (ATAC-seq) of vGlut2-based purified retinal ganglion cells (RGCs), from P42 adult mouse eyes, which can be compared with other datasets conducted on developmental mouse RGCs or aging mouse RGCs Overall design: Retinas from the vGlut2-Cre;LSL-Sun1GFP mice aged postnatal 42 days were dissociated to expose cell nuclei. GFP+ nuclei of RGCs were enriched with anti-GFP MACS. Final concentration of 4000~5000 nuclei/uL loading onto the 10X Genomics multiome platform.
