Additional file 7: of Transcriptional profiling of liver during the critical embryo-to-hatchling transition period in the chicken (Gallus gallus)

Canonical and biological pathways found by IPA in the D1 vs. D9 hatchling contrast. The AR-DEGs identified in the D1 vs. D9 contrast were assigned by IPA to overrepresented canonical and functional and pathways. IPA uses Fisher’s Exact Test to determine probability (P ≤ 0.05) of each AR-DEG belonging to a particular canonical pathway or biological function. Each worksheet provides a list of AR-DEGs assigned to particular canonical pathways or biological functions, annotated with gene symbol, Entrez name, log2 ratio, cellular compartment, type and Entrez protein ID.
