Here we present whole exome sequencing analysis data on one vehicle treated control, one CC214-2 (an mTOR kinase inhibitor, mTORki) responsive and one CC214-2 resistant GlioBlastoma Multiforme 39 (GBM39) xenografts showing no significant variations in the Single Nucleotide Variants (SNVs) and Loss Of Heterozigosity (LOH) calls between responsive and resistant samples vs control. These data indicate that mTORki resistance is mediated by an adaptive process independent from Darwinian selection of a resistant cell subpopulation.
