RothC and RothD genomes and annotations

RothC and RothD are the first phages of the Klebsiella Phage Collection (KlebPhaCol), whose genomes become available due to their novelty. The attached files contain the following for each phage:Proteome files for each genomeSummary.txt file summarising all the annotationsOriginal.gff file: .gff file as outputted by the annotation tool used (multiphate2)Edited.gff file: applies the changes done on the annotations after manual curationNucleotide sequence of the genomesGeneious files: implements files together as deposited on GenBank
