Raw Data_Factors Influencing Job Satisfaction Among University Teachers

The dataset, "Raw Data_Factors Influencing Job Satisfaction Among University Teachers," was collected from six universities via the Wenjuanxing platform (https://www.wjx.cn/) between September and November 2024. Using a random sampling method, 551 valid responses were obtained from university teachers.

The dataset includes demographic variables (gender, age, teaching experience, educational background) and key psychological and occupational factors (digital literacy, teacher self-efficacy, technostress, job engagement, and job satisfaction). It provides insights into the impact of AI technology integration in teaching on teachers' job satisfaction, offering valuable data for educational technology and occupational psychology research.
