Efficient, reliable and low-cost silicon-based heterojunction solar cell solutions and mass production demonstration play a critical role in the industrialization development and industrial upgrading of relevant photovoltaic technologies. This dataset systematically collects project data and research achievements of the R&D team of Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. regarding the pilot-scale complete technology set for high-efficiency crystalline silicon full-passivated contact (HBC) batteries from October 2022 to November 2025. The core content of the dataset includes that the R&D team introduced and optimized the nanocrystalline silicon process and laser optimization technologies, adopted multi-layer passivation films, high-performance transparent conductive films, laser transfer and other technologies, and achieved a laboratory crystalline silicon cell efficiency of 27.3% certified by the Hamelin Institute for Solar Energy Research (ISFH) of Germany on the HBC battery structure. Through the reconstruction of the battery structure and material system, the innovative application of high-temperature and low-temperature hybrid passivation technology on the back-contact structure, as well as dual breakthroughs in optical management and carrier transport efficiency, the team further enhanced the cell performance. In April 2025, the conversion efficiency of HIBC batteries was certified to reach 27.81% by the Hamelin Institute for Solar Energy Research (ISFH) of Germany, setting a new world record. The complete set of processes for high-efficiency crystalline silicon heterojunction battery preparation and the mass production pilot line have been put into operation. The project plans to construct one 250 MW heterojunction battery demonstration production line, located at No. 215 Jinggan 2nd Street, Yongle Town, Jinghe New Town, Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province, China, within the premises of Longi Leye Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. Adopting the double-sided microcrystalline heterojunction solar cell technical route, the product specification is G10 full wafer (182×182 mm²), the daily average output maintains between 20,120 and 23,768 wafers, and the median conversion efficiency of mass-produced battery batches stably falls within the range of 26.26% to 26.31%.
