一、数据加工处理流程:从前端接收涵盖车辆智能管理系统、受电弓在线检测系统采集的超XXX条原始数据,将原始数据解析、转化成计算机可识别的格式。通过建立电客车受电弓碳滑板状态评估模型和磨耗评估模型,自动对原始数据进行清洗、标注、关联等操作。最后,按照数据分析模型多维度进行数据库设计,将加工处理的数据保存到数据库中,确保数据的可访问性。
二、为保障数据模型能够实现自动运算和预测预警功能,制定了数据阈值和分级预警机制,以阈值控制数据状态和有效性,经健康评估模型和预警模型逻辑运算后,将运算结果和触发信号存储至数据库中。
部分数据阈值规则如下所示:
(1)碳滑板剩余厚度预警标准:
5、6、10号线:剩余厚度预警值:26.5mm(正常磨耗期)、30.5mm(异常磨耗期);碳滑板更换剩余厚度限值:24.5mm。
9号线(901-938车):剩余厚度预警值:12.5mm(正常磨耗期)、14.5mm(异常磨耗期);碳滑板更换剩余厚度限值:10.5mm。
9号线(939-948车):剩余厚度预警值:14.5mm(正常磨耗期)、16.5mm(异常磨耗期);碳滑板更换剩余厚度限值:12.5mm。
?津静线:剩余厚度预警值:16.5mm(正常磨耗期)、18.5mm(异常磨耗期);碳滑板更换剩余厚度限值:14.5mm。
(2)碳滑板异常磨耗预警标准:
正常(绿)0-4mm/万公里;警告(黄)4mm-10mm/万公里;危险(红)≥10mm/万公里。
(3)同一受电弓碳滑板厚度差值预警标准:
同一受电弓两个碳滑板同一检测点位的厚度差为≥2mm。
I. Data Processing Workflow:
Receive over XXX raw data records collected by the Vehicle Intelligent Management System and Pantograph Online Detection System from the front-end. Parse and convert the raw data into a computer-readable format. By establishing the state evaluation model and wear evaluation model for the carbon strips of electric passenger train pantographs, automatically perform cleaning, annotation, association and other operations on the raw data. Finally, design the database from multiple dimensions based on the data analysis model, and store the processed data in the database to ensure data accessibility.
II. To enable the automatic operation and predictive early warning functions of the data model, a data threshold and hierarchical early warning mechanism has been established to control the data state and validity via thresholds. After logical operations via the health assessment model and early warning model, the operation results and trigger signals are stored in the database.
Some of the data threshold rules are as follows:
(1) Early warning standards for remaining thickness of pantograph carbon strips:
Lines 5, 6, and 10: Early warning values for remaining thickness: 26.5mm (normal wear period), 30.5mm (abnormal wear period); Remaining thickness limit for carbon strip replacement: 24.5mm.
Trains 901-938 on Line 9: Early warning values for remaining thickness: 12.5mm (normal wear period), 14.5mm (abnormal wear period); Remaining thickness limit for carbon strip replacement: 10.5mm.
Trains 939-948 on Line 9: Early warning values for remaining thickness: 14.5mm (normal wear period), 16.5mm (abnormal wear period); Remaining thickness limit for carbon strip replacement: 12.5mm.
Jinjing Line: Early warning values for remaining thickness: 16.5mm (normal wear period), 18.5mm (abnormal wear period); Remaining thickness limit for carbon strip replacement: 14.5mm.
(2) Early warning standards for abnormal wear of pantograph carbon strips:
Normal (green): 0–4 mm per 10,000 km; Warning (yellow): 4 mm–10 mm per 10,000 km; Critical (red): ≥10 mm per 10,000 km.
(3) Early warning standards for thickness difference of pantograph carbon strips:
The thickness difference between the two carbon strips of the same pantograph at the same detection point is ≥2 mm.
