Transcriptomics of Chloris virgata

This study aimed to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of drought stress tolerance in the Mongolian grassland plant Chloris virgata through RNA-seq-based transcriptome analysis. By identifying drought-responsive genes and analyzing their functions and associated pathways, we sought to discover novel genes involved in its drought tolerance.
