Macro-amplified sequence of domesticated bacterial communities (Ent, Cd, Ecd, and control group) during cultivation with free Cd or Cd

One original bacterial community obtained from heavy metal contaminated soil was domesticated with different cultivation condition (free addition or addition of Ent, Cd, or both), and shaping into four different bacterial communities. Subsequently, these bacterial communities were cultivated with free Cd or Cd. The 16S rDNA metagenomic amplicon sequencing was performed to analyze aforementioned cultivation at 1, 5, 10, and 15 Day.
