Temperature-sensitive male sterility differentially expressed small RNA in wheat

The project sampled low-temperature sterile anthers and normal fertile anthers at the pollen mother cell stage, and low-temperature sterile anthers and normal fertile anthers at the tetrad stage of the temperature-sensitive male sterile line BNS366 in wheat, with three biological replicates of a total of 12 samples in each condition, and extracted RNA from all of the samples and then subjected them to small RNA sequencing.
