For all missense variants with HMC scores:
1. If one missense variant could be mapped to the multiple Pfam domains, we report the worst HMC scores (smallest, more likely to be deleterious) since it's the worst scenario.
2. The genomic positions are provided with genome build in both hg19 and hg38.
