(2021): Reducing persecution is more effective for restoring large carnivores than restoring their prey.<br><br>Data contains the spatial raster layers used to run the Persian leopard metapopulation model. The model parameters are described in Table 2 of the article.<br><br>cost-surface.txt: Expert-based cost surface describing the permeability of each cell for leopard movement from 1 (most permeable) to 10 (least permeable).<br><br>habitat-suitability.txt: Persian leopard habitat suitability with values ranging from 0 (least suitable) to 100 (most suitable). <br><br>potential-breeding-patches.txt: Potential Persian leopard breeding patches labeled from 1 - 74 (0 = no breeding patch).
