Genomic Profiling of Colloid Goitre using Next Generation Sequencing

Thyroid disease is the most common endocrine disorder worldwide. Colloid goiter is one of the most common causes of benign thyroid enlargement requiring surgery for compressive symptoms. However, its etiology remains elusive. Genomic profiling of Colloid goitre will yield information on initiation of benign neoplastic growth of thyroid thyroid.
