We performed RNA-seq analysis of splenic samples from 8 individual mice sorted for LCMV-specific memory follicular B helper T cells (TFH) with or without aICOSL treatment (4 samples per group). Overall design: Cells negative for dump and positive for CD4, CD44 and gp66 and Ly6C-PSGL-1- (TFH) were sorted for each sample.
