Genome wide map of Runx3, Brn3a binding and Histone H3 acetylated on lysine 27 (H3K27Ac) during early development of DRG TrkC neurons

We isolated E12.5 TrkC neurons and profiled Runx3, Brn3a binding and Histone H3 acetylated on lysine 27 (H3K27Ac) during early development of DRG TrkC neurons by Cut&Run Isolation of GFP expressing TrkC neurons from E12.5 BacE-GFP embryos and performing Cut&Run with anti-Runx3, anti-Brn3a and anti-H3K27Ac antibodies.
