This folder contains raw AFLP chromatograms for F. insipida. AFLP profiles are split between two files: Files containing the word "all" contain the first three selective primer pairs. Fam profiles correspond to primer 2c in "aflp_profiles_by_species_genalex.xlsx"; Hex profiles correspond to primer 2b; and Ned profiles correspond to primer 1a. Files containing the digits "1-4" contain the last two selective primer pairs, 1-ned and 4-fam.
