This is a synthetic dataset specifically designed to evaluate the performance of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) on the clique distance task. Despite fluctuations in model performance, the application of adjacency matrix masking can significantly improve the outcomes of Graph Neural Networks. The objective of this task is to detect clique distance.
