BEACON2 expression cassette was stably integrated into HEK293 cells. Cells were transfected with either non targeting gRNA or a 16 gRNA array targeting 6 different genes. WGS was performed on 3 clones edited with the 16 gRNA array, and one non targeting gRNA clone to analyze off-target effects.
