Attention We moved the example files to a different online storage platform. Here is the Link to the new storage repository with the newest version of DL_Track_US: OSF This repository containes the example data for the DL_Track_US algorithm. Here, we provide the pre-trained aponeuroses and fascicle neural networks as well as example and test data. The DL_Track_US package provides an easy to use graphical user interface (GUI) for deep learning based analysis of muscle architectural parameters from longitudinal ultrasonography images of human lower limb muscles.
