CRCN-NE Micronucleus DataSet

This dataset was obtained in partnership with The Biological Dosimetry Laboratory(CRCN-NE) and The Computing Department (DC) of the Rural Federal University of Pernambuco (UFRPE), both located in the city of Recife - Brazil. Here are 889 images of colored binucleated lymphocytes acquired with a Leica microscope. The labeling of these lymphocytes will also be found, in this case in YOLO format. There are 543 images and labels of only binucleated lymphocytes (their names start with "BN") and 346 images and labels of binucleated lymphocytes with micronuclei (their names starts with BNMN). The classes present in the YOLO labels can be: Class 0: BN (binucleated lymphocyte); Class 1: BNMN (binucleated lymphocytes with micronuclei) Class 2: MN (micronuclei)
