To investigate the rhythmic gene expression in the SCN during day. Gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data in SCN at six distinct time-points , ZT3,7,11,15,19,23. Each time-point had 4 biological replicates. Each biological replicate constituted 3-4 individual SCN samples.
