RNA SEQ data of mouse AMs and MF treated with LC in vivo

AMs and EGFP+-MF derived from fibrotic mouse lung tissues in vivo and divided into the following two groups.: 1. The control group was treated with solvent (water); 2. Lithium carbonate group was treated with 75 mg/kg lithium carbonate for 3/10 days. The mouse model of reversible PF was generated by single intratracheal instillation of BLM (3U/kg) in 50 µL of H2O; For therapeutic experiments, mice were i.g. injected with the indicated agents every day beginning at day 14 after BLM challenge for 10 days. AMs were obtained from BALF, EGFP+-MF derived from fibrotic Acta2-EGFP mice. The samples were lysed with Trizol and then total RNA was extracted for RNASEQ sequencing.  Sample B1, B5, B7 was CTR in the control group (AMs); Sample LC2, LC3, LC7 was LC in LC treatment group (AMs). Sample C1, C3, C4 was CTR in the control group (MF); Sample T1, T2, T3 was LC in LC treatment group (MF).
