The present research investigates the impact of various factors that influence line managers’ (LMs) different HR-related roles. Specifically, this study examines whether and how LMs' desire to engage in HR practices, their self-efficacy regarding HR execution, and their perceptions of HR support influence their various HR roles. Additionally, it confirms whether LMs' HR roles influence their HR competencies.
