Maternal Zika virus infection alters epigenetic DNA modifications and leads to transgenerational behavioral changes in offspring mice (5hmC)

Female mouse was infected by zika virus, then subject to 5hmC capture and RNAseq, by comparing PBS treated mouse and zika infected mouse, we identified zika affected gene that regulated by 5hmC change 3 zika infected mouse and 3 PBS treated mouse for 5hmC capture; 4 zika infected mouse and 4 PBS treated mouse for RNAseq
