Responses to Questionnaire - History of Information Systems Undergraduation Courses in the Central-West Region of Brazil

This supplementary material, available only in Portuguese, reflects data collected through questionnaires for a survey on the history of undergraduate Information Systems programs in the states comprising Brazil's Central-West region. Six questionnaires are available with the responses, adhering to the principles of Open Science. The documents do not raise ethical concerns, as respondents granted the right to use and disclose their answers for scientific purposes.
