16S amplicon sequencing of Acropora pruinosa and Porites lutea under different temperature conditions in Dapeng Sea, Shenzhen, China

In this study, we conducted chamber-based simulation experiments using three temperature gradients, based on the actual sea temperatures of Shenzhen.We wanted to find out the microbiological changes of corals Acropora pruinosa and Porites lutea under different temperature conditions. Here we mainly show the 16S amplicon sequencing data under three temperatures.
