Additional data and results are given in this repository. It contains the trimmed reads (fastp; raw reads also on SRA accession numbers SRR29851544-SRR29851549, Bioproject PRJNA1136254), full busco reports for individual transcriptomes, assembly of all six RNAseqs together (transcriptome as base for differential expression analysis) and results of salmon.
