Household Expenditure on Services and Durable Goods, National Sample Survey Organisation (India)

The National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) survey on 'Household Expenditure on Services and Durable Goods" is a more focused survey to understand expenditure on some identified items which were underreported in the "Household Consumption Expenditure" Surveys. Some of the items for which detailed consumption expenditure data is collected are transport expenses for movement, durables goods like air conditioner, air purifies, solar power system etc. Like other NSSO surveys, analysis below the state level is not possible due to small sample size.
