In this experiment, the differential gene expression was examined in intestinal epithelial cells of Mtg16 null mice compared to wild type. Overall design: Intestinal epithelial crypts were isolated from full length gut of WT or Mtg16 -/- mice after 30' incubation in 2mM EDTA (Sato et al., 2009). Experiments were performed in biological triplicates for each group. Mice of both groups were 12 weeks old males.
