Tesseroids: Forward modeling of gravitational fields in spherical coordinates

<em>Tesseroids</em> is an open-source software collection for the forward modeling of gravitational fields in spherical coordinates. It can model the gravitational potential, 3-component acceleration, and 6-component gradient tensor. Earth models can be described in terms of tesseroids (spherical prisms) or Cartesian right rectangular prisms.
