DNA methylation analysis of parental and p53-null human fibroblasts

Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of parental and p53-null human fibroblasts. The Illumina Infinium 450k Human DNA methylation Beadchip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 480,000 CpGs. Samples included 3 parental human fibroblast replicates and 3 p53-null human fibroblasts replicates. Bisulphite converted DNA from the 6 samples were hybridized to the Illumina Infinium 450k Human Methylation Beadchip. Samples included 3 parental human fibroblast replicates and 3 p53-null human fibroblasts replicates.
