We used ChIP-seq to examine genome-wide histone methylation in the Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of COVID-19 patients and healthy controls. We focused on two histone marks, H3K4me3 and H3K27m3. RNA-seq was used to determine gene expression.
