Identification of the pharmacological effects of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat leaves extracts on high-fat diet induced obese mice through lipid profiling

We investigated anti-obesity mechanism of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat leaves extracts on high-fat diet induced obese mice using lipid profiling and RNA-seq transcriptomic profling. Overall design: Total RNA of liver was obtained from normal diet, high-fat diet (HFD), chrysanthemum leaf ethanol extract (CLE) or luteolin added high-fat diet-fed mice and mRNA expression-associated with lipid metabolism was measured in liver.
