Arabidopsis thaliana, Col-0, 2 week dark-adapted cell culture, RNA-seq

Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 2 week dark-adapted cells were washed and snap frozen. Total RNA was extracted from the cell material and contaminating DNA was removed by DNase treatment. Ribosomal RNA was depleted using a Ribo-Zero kit. The rRNA-depleted RNA was used for cDNA conversion and Illumina sequencing to generate whole genome transcriptional activity data.
