Share of online shopping ways among shoppers Thailand 2019-2021

As of December 2021, a survey conducted on global consumer insights revealed that 67 percent of Thai respondents who always or very frequently shopped online stated that they were actively seeking the best deal. The same survey also showed that 49 percent of the Thai respondents also shopped via mobile devices or smartphones on a daily or weekly basis in that same period.
