PowerCascade: A Synthetic Dataset for Cascading Failure Analysis in Power Systems

This dataset supports research on cascading failures in power systems and their mitigation using artificial intelligence techniques. It comprises a large set of simulated cascading events generated from a realistic power grid model. Each event documents a sequence of component outages under one of three specified loading conditions, capturing both the static grid configuration and the dynamic propagation of failures.
