Time-course RNA-seq analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana Col-0 seedlings infected with Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato DC3000 carrying effector genes AvrRpt2 or AvrRps4. Samples were collected at 6, 12, and 20 hours post-inoculation using a transient pathogen flood assay following Ishiga et al., 2011. This study aims to characterise the temporal dynamics of plant immune responses and identify transcriptional changes associated with effector-triggered immunity. Time-course study with pathogen inoculation at three time points (6h, 12h, 20h) plus mock controls, with three biological replicates per condition
